Important Packaging and Delivery Information

We package our frames carefully in gift packaging and then packed safely for the post, so you can sure that your frames will always arrive safe and sound.

Because we always make our frames to order and by hand, you’ll need to allow 5-7 days for production and delivery. If you need one quicker, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to help.

If you’d like your delivery to arrive on a specific date, please let us know when completing your delivery details.

Need an urgent gift? Our gift vouchers make the perfect present and are available for next day delivery – or even immediate download!

Our delivery costs are £2.95 for spoons, £4.95 for our small, medium and panoramic frames and our jewellery. Orders over £100 qualify for free postage and packing.

How do we work out the cost?

The cost of each design depends on the size and materials involved and we calculate it based on what you tell us when customising your artwork.

*If additional items or customisation are requested that are beyond our normal options, we might need to adjust the total cost shown.

If so, we’ll always get in touch and check with you before finalising the order.
