How do you deliver orders?

Because all our orders are handmade to your instructions, it takes a little time for us to create them. Please allow between 5 and 7 days from when you make your order until their delivery.

If you need your order more urgently, we may still be able to help – just call us on 07967 103 275 and we’ll let you know how quickly we can get your order to you. If time is really tight, you can also purchase our gift vouchers which are available for immediate download.

We normally send out packages via 2nd class post or courier, depending on the item. The bulky size of some of our products means that our postage costs can be quite high, but we’re always looking for ways to keep them as low as possible.

For orders over £100 in value, we offer free UK delivery – which, for qualifying orders, can be chosen at checkout.

Where do you deliver to?

You can order our products online for delivery to anywhere in the UK.

If you’re further afield, we’d still be more than happy to help. Just call us on +44 7967 103 275 and we can let you know about shipping charges that might apply.

Do you deliver to names or addresses other than the person making payment?

Yes, we’re happy to deliver to a different recipient or address to the billing address; you just need to ensure the correct name and address is selected at the checkout stage.

If we send to a workplace, we will fulfil our end of the deal by delivering the package to your workplace but for obvious reasons, we’re afraid we can’t be responsible if the package then goes missing once in your building.

How do I know my order’s been sent?

We’ll update your order status to ‘Completed’ in your account and you’ll receive an email notifying your order is on its way.

Returns

Can I return an unwanted item?

Because we make every item to order, and personalise them to you, we don’t allow returns unless there is a fault with the order.

We send out photographs of how each design is going to look before we finalise them, so you’ll have an opportunity to make sure that you’re happy with what you’ll receive before the order is completed.

There’s something wrong with my order

 We’re really sorry to hear that – we try very hard to make sure that everything is perfect. If something’s not right, please call us on 07967 103 275 within seven days of the order arriving and we’ll do our best to make sure everything is put right.
